When Can I Access My Storage Unit?
You can access your unit at any time the office is open.
Office hours are as follows.
Monday to Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday : 10.00 am to 4.00 pm
Sunday and most Public Holidays : 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
For security reasons we do not allow access to units unless the office is open and the manager is on duty.

Moving In Is Easy. All You Need To Do Is:
Complete a contract
Pay the $30 administration fee (which includes a padlock)
Pay the 1st month's rental
There is no bond payable
Minimum rental term is 1 month
Pay 6 months rental in advance and you will get a 5% discount
Pay 12 months rental in advance and we will only charge you 11 months rental
Hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful or perishable goods cannot be stored

You Can Move Out At 5 Days Notice And Receive
Refund for any unused rental is calculated on a daily pro-rata basis provided the unit is clean and undamaged. There is no rental refund during the first month or after the 15th day of any subsequent monthly period.
