Payment Terms

Rental fees are due monthly in advance on the anniversary of your move in date. (ie. if you moved in on the 5th of the month then your monthly rental fee is due on the 5th of each following calendar month .)

Payment Method

 Your initial payment is due on or before the day you move in and must be paid at our office by cash or cheque or Eftpos, please.  Our preferred method for subsequent monthly rental payments is either by automatic payment or direct credit. Please use both your surname and unit number as references when setting up any automatic or direct credit payment.
If you do not have an automatic payment in place but wish to pay us by direct credit,  please contact the office for our bank details or send us an email. Please quote your unit number.

Overdue Payment

 Payments that are 14 days or more overdue will incur a late charge of $10 and this late fee will be added each month until the account is brought up to date.
