Your initial payment is due when you  you move in and must be paid at our office by cash or cheque, please. For subsequent monthly rental payments we prefer you pay by automatic payment, but you if you wish you can mail us a cheque or pay at our office.

If you do not have an automatic payment in place but wish to pay us by direct credit,  please contact the office for our bank details or send us an email. Please quote your unit number.

Payments that are 14 days or more overdue will incur a late charge of $10 and this late fee will be added each month the account is overdue.
